Verna and her husband Bill moved to Prince George in 1976, planning to stay for a few years then return to the Okanagan. It wasn’t long and PG began to feel like home and soon they became “threads in the fabric” of this friendly city.
First employed by CIBC, Verna moved on to hold various clerical positions at University Hospital of Northern BC. After 30 years in health care, she felt it was time for something new and became a licensed REALTOR ® in spring of 2008.
Involved in the horse community since Day 1, Verna was a founding member of NCBC CADORA (dressage), then more recently she is enjoying time in the saddle with the world of cattle sorting, some reining and a lot more recreational riding. She holds director positions with the PG Rodeo Association, PG Horse Society as well as Back Country Horsemen of BC.
Although specializing in rural and ranch properties, Verna is more than happy and able to be of service to her clients for their residential needs in the City. Verna does not take her relationships for granted; be they friends, family or clients. Raised with a strong work ethic, she feels she brings honesty and integrity to her profession.
