We heard many good things about Court Smith which led us to give him the listing of our ranch in Big Creek. Through the months that transpired, he brought twice as many clients to view our ranch than the previous two realtors combined. He kept in touch regularly and encouraged us to contact him at any time. If he was unavailable, he always returned our emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
At each showing he never failed to introduce his clients to us with a smile. He was very professional and friendly and always took the time to show them the best features of the house as well as outbuildings, equipment, etc. The best part was that we didn’t need to show them our hayfields. We just sent Court and the buyers out on our ATVs and he got the job done very well. He even managed to get around our irrigation ditches without mishap.
As we sat around the table looking at maps, legal papers, range use plans, etc. he would quietly let the buyers ask their questions and was well prepared to point out things that were pertinent to our operation. He was always patient and never rushed us or the prospective buyers.
We got to know Court quite well with each showing and were almost sorry when he sold our ranch because we felt like we were losing touch with a good friend who always had our best interest at heart. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy ranch real estate in BC.
